• Started using a split keyboard (sofle), still hurts and a bit weird, but let's see
• Watched this and got presented to this YouTube New Wave movement, pretty interesting!

• Listening to Lex's interview with Sama
  • Pretty boring to be honest, but some good points
  • Sama seems to believe GPT-4 kinda sux and GPT-5 will be a great leap forward, but it's more gradual improvements and we’ll celebrate and get mesmerized by every delta
  • However, something is missing, probably a new platform/model that can keep following our daily lives and suggest improvements. Memory is missing. It seems we're more and more reaching a plateau in GPT?
  • Sora has some understanding of world model that we still don’t get. The models will get better more and more.
  • He wants us to have all the compute we need (Bill Gates believed we would not need more than 64kb of memory). Humans will find use of tech, no matter what, we need to allow it to happen.
  • Humans will always find other humans more interesting than machines. And we’re always motivated to create new stuff. Artists complaining now is like the ones who complained about photography years ago.
